Making an insurance a claim through QIEC Super?

If you think you may be eligible to make an Income Protection, Death or Total and Permanent Disablement insurance claim, contact QIEC Super as soon as reasonably practical. Our dedicated QIEC Super insurance team is here to help you every step of the way from receiving your initial call to assisting with the application process, coordinating your claim with the insurer and providing regular updates.

Will a claim have a better chance of approval through a lawyer?

There is no requirement to obtain legal representation, all claims can be lodged directly through QIEC Super and our dedicated team will assist you from start to finish. QIEC Super will coordinate your claim and act as a liaison between you and the Insurer.

Regardless of who initiates the claim, if it meets the conditions of super laws and the insurance policy, then it will be accepted. A claim is assessed on the basis of the medical and other information provided.
