Joining QIEC Super

It's easy to become a QIEC Super member - just follow the steps below.

Step 1

Download a copy of the relevant Product Disclosure Statement or contact QIEC Super for a copy on (07) 3238 1290 or 1300 360 507.

Step 2

Read through the information in the relevant Product Disclosure Statement carefully before completing the Member Application.

When filling out the Member Application, please remember to:

• Complete the Member Details section
• Complete the Employer Details section
• Provide your Tax File Number (TFN) to avoid paying more tax than necessary
• Tick the Member Online box for secure internet access
• Customise your insurance
• Nominate your preferred beneficiary(s) or make a binding death nomination
• Choose your preferred investment option.

Step 3

Sign and date your Member Application.

Step 4

Return your Member Application to your employer or send it directly to us at:
