Member Online makes accessing your details easy.  It gives you the ability to:

• View your Balance History - your June 30 and December 31 balances for previous financial years,
• View your Member Statements,
• View your Contribution History - contributions made by either your employers, or your personal contributions, since the last statement,
• Obtain an Account Balance,
• Use the Superannuation Calculator,
• Use the Pension Calculator,
• View your current member details and update changes.

Member Online is Secure

Your contribution records are protected and only accessible through your Member Number and unique password. When you first use Member Online you will be allocated a password which you should change to one of your own choice. This will provide you with peace of mind and make the password easier to remember.

How to Register for Member Online?

To register for Member Online simply call 1300 360 507 between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday to Friday. Have your Membership Number handy and we will give you a password while you are on the phone.
