QIEC Super - first in our class

It's easy to become a QIEC Super member - just follow the steps below.

 

Step 1

Download a copy of the QIEC Super PDS  or contact QIEC Super for a copy on 1300 360 507.

 

Step 2

Read through the information in the Combined Product Disclosure Statement and Financial Services Guide carefully before completing the Member Application.  When filling out the Member Application, please remember to:

1. Complete the Member Details section
2. Complete the Employer Details section
3. Provide your Tax File Number (TFN) to avoid paying more tax than necessary
4. Tick the Member Online box for secure internet access
5. Customise your insurance
6. Nominate your preferred beneficiary(s) or make a binding death nomination
7. Choose your preferred investment option.

 

Step 3

Sign and date your Member Application.

 

Step 4

Return your Member Application to your employer or send it directly to us at:
